National Platform in Brno (20.2.2010)

The meeting of Section Delegates and members of National Board (ESN Czech Republic) took place at Mendel University in Brno on 20th February 2010. During the meeting, various topics were discussed. Martin Šinal (ESN CR Knowledge Manager) summarized news from National Boards Meeting in Besançon (28th - 31st January), detailed report is available at ESN Wiki. Afterwards, Lenka Stodůlková (ESN CR National Representative) informed about registration for AGM Istanbul and other ESN projects (e. g. Star Awards, Discover Europe, International Comittees) or past ESN meetings (CND Athens, CNR Warsaw). Jana Reháková (ESN CR President) presented ESN CR Statutes and then Section Delegates voted on several changes. Pavla Pastuchová (ESN CR Treasurer) introduced ESN CR budget for summer semester 2010 and „ESN CR Project Fund“. After short coffee break, Section Delegates voted on VŠCHT, VŠFS (both Prague) and TUL (Liberec) as new interested sections of ESN CR. At the end, VŠCHT became new full member of ESN, VŠFS and TUL became associated members. Andrea Teichmannová (ESN CR FR) summarized the most important news in fundraising on the national level, Pavlína Sládková (ESN CR IT) discussed the question of unsatisfactory ESN CR email policy and then Barbora Pavlíčková (ESN CR PR) introduced new drafts of PR flyer. At the end, Milka Malegová argued with members about Section Delegates‘ Cookbook.
