CoMeet basic information

All Committees meeting (CoMeet) is the very first meeting of all members from committees working on ESN projects. It takes place from 8th to 12th of September in Prague, Czech Republic. 

Only members of the Education, Communication, Network & Events, IT and Finance Committee can participate at the meeting + we have 5 special places for ESN Survey Team.

CoMeet creates for the International Committees of ESN a place for:

• meeting all individual Committee members
• teambuilding
• cooperation with other Committees
• capacity building
• strategy creation together with the IB

Content of the meeting

Initial plan:

• Separate sessions for each Committee
• Joint sessions for Committees to discuss the cooperation (e.g. IT with Communication)
• Session with All Committees
• Workshops by external trainers

Involvement of Committee Chairs/members

• Consultation and feedback collection from each single Committee
