National level

National Board (NB) is responsible for the development of the ESN Czech Republic. It is consisted of delegates of all sections, President, National Representative (NR), Treasurer, Knowledge Manager, FR Responsible, IT Responsible and PR Responsible. The current NB was elected at the National Platform in November 2010.

President:

• represents the NB at the national level
• earmarks the strategy for the NB
• coordinates the NB
• is country`s Vice-NR

National Representative:

• represents ESN Czech Republic at the international level
• ensures the information flow from the international level to the sections and vice versa
• is a contact person for candidating sections
• is country`s vice-president

Knowledge Manager:

• What does KM do?
  •  works with information
  • investigates in which parts are the sections good and on the contrary where they need help
  • collects needful data, sorts them, processes, distributes, updates and motivates to use them
  • together with IT operates and developes the platform enabling the described procedure
  • he/she also helps the sections with the way of archiving, actualization and using the internal information of the section
• Results of the work of KM:
  • increases the effectiveness of the work and fruitfulness/achievement of the projects in the (particular) sectio
  • enables mutual inspiration, learning from mistakes and application of the gained knowledge
  • accelerates the developement/progression of the section
  • strenghtens the unity/solidarity of the section (and its members) with the ESN Czech Republic and fulfil the idea of sharing know how
